I took some year 7 students to the Chithurst Monastery near Midhurst in West Sussex. This short film shows us meeting one of the Monks there and it gives a sense of what it is like being there for the first time.
UPDATE 3rd Aug 08: as the people at the Monastery were unhappy with youtube exposure, I have placed the video onto an alternative video hosting site with password protection. If you know the password you can view the film easily enough. Get in touch if you want to see it. Apologies for any awkwardness - it is important to respect the feelings of the people involved.
